The Silverbirch Co-op was the first project produced for the Inter Faith Homes Corporation. It was developed by Lancer on land donated by the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Toronto. This project provides townhouse accommodation to 13 families and three individuals. An urban infill project in the Beach area of Toronto, the townhouses blend into the urban fabric, producing good housing with a private outdoor space for each dwelling and a common outdoor space for all to enjoy.
