Brant Trade and Industrial Park is a successful revitalization of the former Massey Ferguson Combines manufacturing property in Brantford. Purchased in 1979 without any tenancies, this project has proven to be much in demand because of its excellent construction and a location that is second-to-none when servicing the northern United States and Ontario markets.

This aerial view shows the 214 acre site, owned in joint venture by Lancer. Fully tenanted, there is more than 1.4 million square feet of building and 33 acres of parking. The 136 acre industrial park was retained and redeveloped for 16 years and was sold recently in an extremely successful transaction. Lowes Hardware will be the lead tenant in a new 35 acre shopping centre on the land that was retained.
