The St. Clair, a 250,000 square foot, 220-suite condominium development, was recently completed with the participation of Lancer's principals. The condominium building and expanded parking tie into neighbouring Delisle Court by means of linked walkways and elevators. Lancer organized a density transfer of over 100,000 square feet from Delisle Court to the new condominiums.

Delisle Court occupies almost a full city block in the centre of Toronto with retail, office, and underground public parking near Yonge Street and St. Clair Avenue. Delisle Court provides the flagship shopping and medical centre in midtown Toronto. Lancer's principals took a lead role in the planning and management of the Delisle Court project from its purchase in 1989 until its recent successful sale.
