Manor Green is a 101-suite apartment building that was specifically designed to house families with children in a high-rise situation. The first two floors are constructed as two-storey townhouses on each side of a central corridor. Each has its own backyard that is accessible through sliding glass doors. The upper three floors are laid out as typical apartment suites, many of which face a golf course. A large children's playground was also constructed on the property and is well used.
