Tiger Lofts is a redevelopment of Cambridge's historic Tiger Brand factory into a loft building with 54 rental apartments and retail at grade. The four-storey structure is being renovated and upgraded to create distinctive apartments while preserving the facades and the general patina of the well loved local icon.

The grand opening of the Tiger Lofts is forecast for January 1, 2008.
