Irv Rayman
President

Irv brings the expertise to identify development opportunities and structure projects and maintain an overview of each. He has managed the development of projects in Toronto, Whitby, London and Cambridge and has overseen office, commercial, retail and industrial projects as well as housing of all types.

Irv is past Chairman of the Toronto Society of Architects, Past President of the Metropolitan Toronto Apartment Builders Association, Past President of the Ontario Association of Architects and a Fellow of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada. He has led the architectural profession in the negotiation of the new Architects Act, the creation of a self-insurance program and the development of the OAA headquarters. He was awarded the Order of Da Vinci for design excellence and superlative service to the profession and is an Honourary Member of the Ontario Association of Architects.

Toby Rayman
Executive Vice President

As President of Rayman/Architects Inc., Toby provides architectural and construction management expertise. From initial design concepts to dealings with municipal authorities through working drawing co-ordination to construction review, Toby has managed the development of many projects for Lancer.

Toby holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Toronto and is a Fellow of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada. Toby has practiced as an architect and a development manager since 1971 and has served as Chairman of the Registration Board of the Ontario Association of Architects.

Steven Lindy
Senior Vice President

Steven Lindy has taken lead roles in the management of the development
process of many of Lancer's projects, including The Metropolitan, Tiger
Lofts, Wellington Square and Niagara on the Lake Seniors' Housing.

Steven is an Architect and member of the Ontario Association of
Architects, and graduated from Carleton University with distinction in
1992. Steven's background as a professional architect and development
management expertise is a great benefit during all stages of a project.
Steven enjoys the challenges of the development process from the initial
acquisition and design phase, to municipal approvals, through contract
documents and finally through construction and enjoys the satisfaction
of a successfully completed project.

Cory Gray
Vice President, Urban Design

Cory's role at Lancer encompasses site selection, planning and design and development management. His experience in urban design and project management ranges from highly detailed luxury condominium renovations to mid-sized rental housing developments to master plans for new city districts.

Cory holds a Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Architectural Science from Ryerson University.

Caridad Malebranche
Vice President, Development

Catherine McGhie
Vice President, Sales

Catherine manages the marketing process for Lancer's condominium and rental projects. She develops sales and marketing plans and strategy and focuses on continually improving the customer service experience. Catherine tracks the changing market and ensures Lancer is well positioned to take advantage of differences in the demographic landscape.

Catherine holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of Toronto.

Suzanne Palmer
Vice President, Administration

Suzanne brings to Lancer a wealth of expertise in administrative management. Prior to joining the company she was corporate development coordinator in the executive offices of one of Canada's largest financial services companies. Her background includes project coordination and management on a wide range of corporate governance, international business development and government relations issues. She has extensive experience in client administration with an international management consulting firm, specializing in marketing, economic and real estate consulting.

In her role at Lancer, Suzanne is responsible for overseeing the administration of the office. She works closely with the President and in cooperation and consultation with Lancer's executive group and participates in the development of corporate strategies and long range planning.

Suzanne graduated from George Brown College with an Honours Diploma in Executive Administration and is certified under the Ontario Management Development Program (OMDP).

Cynthia So
Vice President, Human Resources

Cynthia brings a wealth of experience based on more than 18 years of service in office management. She is actively involved in the daily flow of accounting information for the company. In addition, she is active in running the day-to-day operations of the office, from providing administrative support to recruitment, benefits and payroll administration.

Cynthia holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Calgary; a Certificate from the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario; and a Diploma in Computer Programming from Seneca College.

Ed Rapkoski
Vice President, Accounting

Edward manages Lancer's financial information ensuring accurate and timely reporting for internal and external use. He is an expert in optimizing organizations' use of financial records. Edward has fifteen years experience as a consultant and has operated his own business, with as many as a hundred employees, for the past twelve years.

Edward holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Western Ontario.
